In 1993, Deborah Lormeus founded Parents & Provider Network Association, Inc., (PPNA) and began its work as a support network for family childcare providers. When tragedy hit close to home, Deborah and her family joined together to raise a family member. Through this experience and seeing the heart wrenching pain and the lack of support offered to children and youth, PPNA’s mission changed.

Today, the mission of Parents & Provider Network Association, Inc., is to (1) assist children of incarcerated parents/ families and (2) support early educators with professional trainings. PPNA connects clients with supportive resources and professionals that can provide guidance and services.
